EC2 Instance family: m8a

CPU type: 5th Generation AMD EPYC processors (codename Turin) with a maximum frequency of 4.5 GHz. Specific features: Built on the AWS Nitro System, offers up to 30% higher performance and 45% more memory bandwidth than M7a instances, and supports up to 75 Gbps networking bandwidth and Instance Bandwidth Configuration (IBC). Date of release: Generally available on October 8, 2025.
