Improvements

  • Optimize magic cache save performance on large payloads (2GiB+)

Fixes

  • Terraform module was incorrectly specifying an additional EBS volume for runners, leading to increased costs. Upgrade is recommended if you use Terraform.
  • Security dependency updates.
  • Avoid ETXTBSY ("text file is busy") in some rare occurrences when running the setup mountpoint script.

Notes

AWS announced AppRunner is getting deprecated after April 30 2026, so the next version of RunsOn will most likely be a major release requiring a full install. Existing installations will continue to work and be supported after April 30 2026, but active development will move to the v3 line.
