Summary: make volume network throughput configurable, reduce alert noise for spot quota exceeded. And 1 new region!

Features

• new region: Sydney (ap-southeast-2).
• make volume throughput configurable, and decrease it to 400 (from 750) by default. This is possible now that full images are optimized, and will result in even more savings (volume throughput cost is one of the main factors for small (<= 4CPUs) instance types).

Fixes

• add standard HTTP security headers in HTTP replies.
• only send MaxSpotInstanceCountExceeded at most once every 5min.
• update runner binary to latest version, when using bare images (base, docker, custom).
• disable EC2 client internal retry mechanism.
