Runner or stack issue?

Most problems are covered in the troubleshooting guide: jobs stuck in queue, failed instance launches, webhook delivery, Fleet routing, unexpected costs. Check it first.

If you still need help, always fetch the logs with the RunsOn CLI and attach the archive to your email. It collects everything for the job in one go: control-plane logs, CloudTrail events, EC2 console output and agent logs.

AWS_PROFILE=your-aws-profile roc logs JOB_URL --full

JOB_URL is the GitHub job page, e.g. https://github.com/ORG/REPO/actions/runs/RUN_ID/job/JOB_ID. The command writes a roc-logs-<job_id>-<timestamp>.zip file. Review it before sharing: logs can contain sensitive data.
