Benchmarks for c8g.large (AWS)

Individual CPU benchmark results for the AWS EC2 instance type c8g.large. The table displays the single-threaded CPU speed as reported by the Passmark benchmark tool, as well as the on-demand, spot pricing, and spot interruption percentage.

See the benchmarks for all EC2 instances.

✅ This instance type is available for self-hosted GitHub Actions runners using RunsOn.

EC2 Instance family: c8g

CPU type: AWS Graviton4 processor Specific features: Compute-optimized, delivers up to 30% better performance than Graviton3-based C7g instances, built on the AWS Nitro System, and offers enhanced networking bandwidth up to 50 Gbps and up to 40 Gbps to Amazon EBS. It is ideal for compute-intensive workloads such as HPC, batch processing, and CPU-based machine learning inference. Date of release: General availability announced on October 20, 2024.
