Terms - Sponsorship license

  1. License Grant: Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the private source code for the software. This license is limited to two GitHub usernames, which must be registered with us at the time of purchase.

  2. Access to Source Code: The source code will be accessible via a private GitHub repository. You must provide your GitHub usernames during the registration process. Access to the source code is restricted to the two GitHub usernames provided at the time of registration.

  3. Priority Support: As part of your sponsorship license, you will receive priority support through a dedicated Slack Connect channel and via email. Our support team commits to responding to your inquiries within 2 business days.

  4. Modification and Use: You are permitted to modify the source code for your own use. However, redistribution of the original or modified source code to any third parties is strictly prohibited.

  5. Support Channels:

    • Slack Support: You will be invited to join a private Slack Connect channel where you can communicate directly with our support team.
    • Email Support: You can also reach our support team via email. Please use the designated email address provided upon registration for all support-related inquiries.

  6. Term of License: The license is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be renewed upon expiration. Continued access to the source code and priority support is contingent upon renewal.

  7. Cancellation and No Refund Policy: Once purchased, the license fee is non-refundable. You may cancel the license, but no refunds will be provided for early cancellation or any unused portion of the license term.

  8. Use of Name and Logo: By purchasing this license, you grant us permission to use your name and logo on our marketing website and other promotional materials. This permission includes displaying your name and logo as a sponsor or user of the software.

  9. No Warranty: The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  10. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the software or support services will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
