Namespace runner benchmark.
1078 of 1097 jobs finished across every suite, 19 failed (TypeScript).
- TypeScript is borderline at 8 GB or less: Namespace's 4x8 and 2x8 (arm64 and x64) ran out of memory, its 4x8 x64 only on some runs; Blacksmith and Warpbuild never ran out; GitHub, RunsOn and Ubicloud ran out on some runs; AWS CodeBuild ran out too; 16 GB passes everywhere.
- Measured swap at 8 GB or less: Blacksmith 2 vCPU has 11 GiB, GitHub 2 vCPU 3 GiB, RunsOn 2 vCPU 7.6 GiB, Ubicloud 2 vCPU 4 GiB and Warpbuild 2 vCPU 4 GiB; AWS CodeBuild 4 vCPU and Namespace 2 vCPU have none.

Cost per build uses the overage rate, $0.0015 per unit-minute, what the next unit costs past a plan's included minutes.
Team and Business fees prepay units at $0.001; those included minutes are not counted in cost per build.
